"I have a B.S, M.S. and Ph.D. in genetics, all with honors. I worked for eight years in industry and 4 in academia just to get into this lab. And HE waltzes in yesterday with nothing but a B.A. in Philosophy, and a letter of recommendation from the head of the NIH. I tell you Jim, things aren't the way they used to be.
