We are expanding our support team, effective immediately. App. sci. to handle support and training of users in FlowJo. The desired applicant should have the following qualities: - willing to relocate to Ashland, Oregon - excellent communicator, quick learner and proficient organizer. - team player, self-driven and motivated. - savvy in both Mac and PC computers - 2 years experience in any flow cytometry oriented field, such as lab tech, instrument QA, reagent specialist.. etc. - BS (or better !) in biology or biophysical sciences is required The job entails: - handling a shared volume of incomming support ranging from 20 to 120 per day - filing and organizing emails and phone records - recognizing common threads to spot new problems vs. known and FAQ ones.
