Portal Instructions

The MyCyte portal is designed to be easy to navigate. Simply mouse over any of the contents under the main headings found in the left and right columns of the main page, and drop out boxes will appear. Click on the content that interests you, and a new window will open with that page's content displayed. The current categories on the MyCyte portal are: Left Column: Standards The pages and articles linked here contain most of the available protocols currently on the web, as well as links to updated bioinformatics standards in cytometry. Have something to add? Go to the forum , or register and contribute to MyCyte.org! Educational Helpful tutorials, texts, reagent tables, and articles. We are always looking to add content. If you have a presentation, article or video you think will help others, submit a link to MyCyte, or add the content! To add content, just register. Upcoming Events These links will take you to pages with upcoming training events, regional user group meetings, and major and international conferences. There are many ways to get us your event details. Post them in the forum , add them to the myCyte calendar , or submit as a link. To submit, just register, login and look for the Contribute to MyCyte button in the top menu bar. Right Column: News Feeds and Abstracts As more cytometry related blogs, news feeds and journal feeds have appeared, it is helpful to have them all in one place. Just click on one and the contents of the feed will appear in the main panel of the MyCyte page. Products Find what you are looking for to improve your results or learn about companies and products. Links are available to all major manufacturers of cytometry software, hardware and reagents. Direct links are available to most product lines. Organizations The heart and soul of the cytometry community. Organized by geographic region, these links will take you to regional, national and international cytometry organizations.
